John is one of the most experienced consultants in the Avendris network, working with Mike Robb since 1993.
With an original background in software development, John now works in the difficult areas where technology and business performance converge. You will find him most often designing or “fixing” projects to get the best out of technology in call centres, customer service centres, sales and marketing departments.
John has particular skills in Telephony, Document Management, Workflow and Image Processing.
He has made change happen through structure, people and process transformations, using a consultative leadership and decision making style, in addition to coaching, influencing and training those involved. Experienced in the utility, IT, legal and government sectors, he is comfortable working across all levels of an organisation.
