John Dowell is one of the most experienced consultants in the
Avendris network. With an original background in software
development, John now works in the difficult areas where
technology and business performance converge. You will find
John most often designing or "fixing" projects to get the best
out of technology in call centres, customer service centres,
sales and marketing departments.

Robert Leiser has a background in large scale project
management. He provides a unique combination of experience,
structure and innovation required to deliver successful,
technology-led business change.
An excellent communicator, Robert's style allows him to engage
effectively with business and technology teams in complex,
multi-discipline programmes. He can both design and lead
change programmes, or coach and facilitate internal teams.

Dianne Haley specialses in the planning and delivery of
strategic change. She is an experienced corporate strategist,
with skills in all aspects of strategic decision-making, planning
and analysis. She has multi-sector consultancy experience and
a strong track record as sponsor and manager for large
business change programmes.
