Robert has over 20 years' experience of designing and managing IT-driven change programmes and programme management regimes. From running individual projects and programme workstreams, he has progressed to managing major, multi-million pound change programmes, and putting in place and monitoring programme management regimes, including process, people, skills, documentation, MI, systems and stakeholder management.
Through such roles as well as broader consultancy experience, Robert has developed complementary skills such as facilitation, cost-benefit analysis, organisational design, process re-engineering and simulation, stakeholder analysis, communications planning, role definition and training needs analysis.
